Congratulations to Bearsden Resident on Winning Bronze at Under-23 World Triathlon Championship
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Mia Padmanabhan from Bearsden on winning the bronze medal at the Under-23 World Triathlon Championship, representing Great Britain; notes that Mia is a talented young athlete based in Bearsden and believes that her success on the world stage demonstrates the strength of Scottish sporting talent; pays tribute to Mia’s commitment in balancing high level triathlon training with her studies as a medical student, and encourages continued support for young women athletes pursuing sporting excellence in Scotland.
