Clydebank Resident Treks 280 Miles to Raise Money for Child with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Craig Faulds on completing his trek of over 280 miles to raise funds for Tommy Quinn, a three-year-old with stage 4 neuroblastoma; notes that Craig hiked from John O’Groats to the Clydebank bandstand from 11 to 20 July 2025; understands that Craig was motivated to undertake this challenge after hearing of Tommy’s condition of stage 4 neuroblastoma; further understands that the money raised by Craig is being used to support Tommy and that any unused funds will be donated to Neuroblastoma UK; notes that a fundraiser for Tommy’s cancer treatment has raised over £185,000, and congratulates Craig for completing his trek, raising money and raising awareness for those diagnosed with neuroblastoma.
