Congratulating Roaster's Paisley on Winning Two Love Paisley Star Awards

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Roasters coffee shop in Paisley on winning two Love Paisley Star Awards 2025; recognises that the coffee shop was named Best Lunch Spot and Best Social Media as voted for by the public; notes the significant online presence that the café has, with over 50,000 followers across Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok; understands that Roasters was the winner of the inaugural Best Brekkie Paisley Star Award in 2024; commends the growing success of the coffee shop, which started in 2021; acknowledges the vital role that local businesses, such as Roasters, play in Paisley's growing food scene and local revival; recognises and appreciates the hard work of Dan Smith and his staff, and wishes them well for the future.
