Darnley Primary’s Visual Impairment and Inclusion Unit Achieves Bronze LGBT Charter for Education
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Darnley Primary Visual Impairment and Inclusion Uniton achieving the Bronze LGBT Charter for Education; commends the hard work anddedication from the school community, led by Mrs Kirsteen McDonald, which, itunderstands, has been instrumental in the school achieving this award;understands that the LGBT Charter for Education welcomes the training and thereview of policies, practice and resources that aim to ensure that DarnleyPrimary Visual Impairment and Inclusion Unit goes beyond meeting legislativeneeds and is inclusive for pupils, staff, parents and the wider community, andcelebrates the efforts of all educators who go the extra mile to support theirpupils.
