Celebrating 150 Years of the Albert Memorial Hall in Ballater

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates all involved in organising the 150th anniversary celebration of the opening of the Albert Memorial Hall in Ballater; recognises what it sees as the historical significance of the hall to the community of Ballater; notes that there is a programme of events available to the public, including a formal dinner on 10 October 2025; acknowledges the efforts of all involved in preparing the programme to mark this milestone; thanks the trustees of the Victoria and Albert Halls for hosting these special events and for their continued stewardship of this important historical venue, and wishes everyone involved a memorable celebration.
