Pavlova Bakery Puts Glasgow on the Global Dessert Map

That the Parliament congratulates the team at Pavlova Bakery in Partick, Glasgow, onbeing recognised by National Geographic Traveller as one of the best places inthe UK to enjoy world-class pavlova; notes the bakery’s commitmentto high-quality ingredients, traditional French-inspired techniques andbeautifully crafted desserts, which have earned international recognition;recognises the dedication of the family team in creating what it sees as awelcoming and innovative bakery that contributes to Glasgow’s culinaryreputation; acknowledges what it sees as the positive impact this recognitionhas on the local community and the wider Scottish hospitality and food sector,and understands the importance of celebrating small businesses whosecreativity, hard work and excellence bring pride and international attention toScotland.
