EGG Lighting, Inspiring City Awards 2025 Winner

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates EGG Lighting, winner of the Environmental Award at the Inspiring City Awards 2025, for its leadership in helping businesses reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions across Glasgow; understands that the company’s innovative lighting solutions contribute to sustainable practice and support the city’s environmental targets; recognises the dedication of staff and management in advancing energy efficiency, green technology and environmental education; appreciates what it sees as the broader impact on public and private sector sustainability efforts, and commends EGG Lighting for championing environmentally responsible innovation and for making a measurable difference to Glasgow’s ecological footprint.
