Scottish Football Partnership Trust, Inspiring City Award 2025 Winner

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the Scottish Football Partnership Trust, which was the winner of the Sport award at the Inspiring City Awards 2025, for its support of grassroots football across Glasgow; notes that its programmes encourage participation, teamwork and community engagement among young people; recognises the dedication of coaches, volunteers and staff in nurturing talent, promoting active lifestyles and fostering social inclusion; appreciates what it sees as the organisation’s impact on youth confidence, health and sporting opportunity, and commends the Scottish Football Partnership Trust for contributing to Glasgow’s sporting culture and empowering the next generation through football.
