Ramekin and Rolling Pin Kirkintilloch Awarded £18,380 from National Lottery
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Ramekin and Rolling Pin in Kirkintilloch for being awarded £18,380 in funding through the National Lottery Awards for All Scotland; notes that the group will enhance its community garden by paying a horticulturalist to coordinate community classes and maintain the garden; understands that gardening equipment will also be purchased to allow volunteers of all ages to get involved; acknowledges that the garden supports a wide variety of individuals from varied disadvantaged backgrounds, and wishes the team every success in its future endeavours.
