Congratulating Jacqueline Woods, David Norris, and the Constance Care Team on their Prestigious Award Nominations

The motion

That the Parliament warmly congratulates Jacqueline Woods on her distinguished nomination for Manager of the Year at the upcoming Constance Care Company Awards, scheduled for 25 September 2025; recognises the exceptional accomplishment of David Norris, who has been nominated for Team Member of the Year, and acknowledges that their Motherwell branch has been nominated for Branch of the Year; applauds Jacqueline’s remarkable achievement in being shortlisted for Manager of the Year at the prestigious GB Care Awards; commends what it sees as the unwavering dedication, exemplary leadership, and professionalism consistently demonstrated by Jacqueline, David, and the entire Constance Care team in their commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate, and person-centred care, and extends its best wishes to all nominees and the Motherwell branch for continued success and well-deserved recognition in these esteemed awards.
