That the Parliament congratulates Elements Restaurant in Bearsden on being named best eating experience at the VisitScotland's West of Scotland Thistle Awards 2025; recognises what it sees as the restaurant’s commitment to showcasing high-quality local produce and delivering exceptional dining experiences; notes that the award highlights the important role of Scotland’s hospitality sector in attracting visitors and supporting the local economy, and wishes the team at Elements continued success in the years ahead.
