North Lanarkshire Federation of Tenants and Residents' Macmillan Coffee Morning
The motion
That the Parliament recognises that North Lanarkshire Federation of Tenants and Residents raised £1,502.61 from its Macmillan Coffee Morning, which was held in the Dalziel Building in Motherwell on 25 September 2025; notes that the annual Macmillan Coffee Mornings bring people together over coffee and cake to raise vital funds to help people with cancer to live life as fully as they can; recognises the efforts of the staff, volunteers and all those who participated; thanks them all for their time and dedication, which contributed to raising an impressive sum; recognises what it sees as the life-changing work of Macmillan Cancer Support in providing emotional, practical, physical and financial support to individuals and families at every stage of their cancer experience; commends Macmillan for helping to bring together communities and raise money to support people living with cancer, and thanks North Lanarkshire Federation of Tenants and Residents for its fundraising efforts.
