Congratulations to Glennon Brothers on Winning Sawmiller of the Year
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Glennon Brothers, operators of Windymains Timber near Humbie in East Lothian, on being named Sawmiller of the Year at the Timber Trades Journal Awards 2025; recognises that this marks the sixth time the company has received what it sees as this prestigious honour, which celebrates excellence in timber industries across the UK, Ireland and Europe; commends the dedication of the Windymains team and their colleagues across sites in Longford, Fermoy, Enniskillen, Troon, Irvine and Invergordon; acknowledges the company’s contribution to sustainable forestry and local employment, and wishes Glennon Brothers continued success in the future.
