Rehmat’s Restaurant in Aberdeen Shortlisted at Asian Curry Awards 2025

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Rehmat’s Restaurant on being shortlisted for Best Authentic Restaurant at the Asian Curry Awards 2025; notes that Rehmat’s, which is located on George Street in Aberdeen city centre, blends modern and traditional Pakistani and Indian cuisines, with a focus on authentic recipes and traditional cooking methods; understands that the Asian Curry Awards 2025 will take place on 13 October at the Crowne Plaza in Glasgow and celebrate excellence, creativity and authenticity across Asian cuisine; believes that this nomination reflects the hard work and dedication of the team at Rehmat’s, including executive chef and owner, Sajida Iqbal, and wishes them the best of luck for the awards.
