Buxa Farm Chalets and Croft House in Orkney Shortlisted for the Nature Tourism Award at RSPB Scotland’s Nature of Scotland Awards

That the Parliament congratulates Buxa Farm Chalets and Croft House in Orkney for its achievement in being shortlisted as a finalist for the Nature Tourism Award at RSPB Scotland’s Nature of Scotland Awards; further congratulates Kathy Bichan of Buxa Farm for her personal nomination as Individual of the Year at the 2025 Highlands and Islands Thistle Awards; recognises that Buxa Farm, based in Orphir, has long supported nature tourism in the islands with its waterfront views on the edge of Scapa Flow; notes that Buxa Farm was recognised in the 2024 Orkney Tourism Awards as Best Self-catering Accommodation Experience, and extends best wishes to the team at Buxa Farm for the upcoming award ceremonies.
