Borders Finalists Recognised at Scotland’s Health Awards 2025

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the three Borders individuals who have been selected as finalists in the 2025 Scotland’s Health Awards; notes what it sees as the extraordinary achievements of Neil Jackson, who is a finalist for the Care for Mental Health Award, Alex Mundell, who has been nominated for the Pharmacist Award, and Vikki Gray, who has been named a finalist for the Support Worker Award; recognises the exceptional compassion, dedication, and care that they have shown, and continue to show, in ensuring the health and wellbeing of their patients; commends what it sees as their immense contribution to social care in Scotland, and wishes them the very best of luck for the highly anticipated award ceremony in Edinburgh in November and for their future endeavours.
