Turnbull High School in Bishopbriggs Achieves Gold Reading School Award
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Turnbull High School in Bishopbriggs on achieving a Gold Award accreditation in the Scottish Book Trust’s Reading Schools Programme; recognises the school’s commitment to fostering what it sees as a vibrant culture of reading for pleasure through creative initiatives such as storytelling games, book discussions and participation in national literary awards; commends the dedication of staff, pupils and the school librarian in promoting diverse and inclusive literature, and wishes the school every success in all future endeavours.
