Merry-go-round Glasgow Awarded Funding for Volunteer Support for Families
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Merry-go-round Glasgow, in Glasgow, on receiving £18,360 from National Lottery Awards for All Scotland; understands that funding will continue a volunteer programme supporting families with children under-five in the southside of the city; acknowledges the National Lottery for backing volunteer-led family support; recognises what it sees as the importance of early-years support and volunteer services; believes that continued funding will sustain essential help to families across Glasgow, and commends the organisation.
