Milngavie Dance Group Urbaniks Dancers Selected to Represent Team Scotland

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Mila Zharova, Ivy Bradford, Sarah McKenzie, Eve Moran, Emily Hicks and Sarah McKenzie on being selected to represent Team Scotland at the 2026 ICU World Championships for Hip Hop Dance in Orlando, Florida; recognises what it sees as their exceptional talent, dedication and commitment to training, including their work with Urbaniks Street School of Dance; commends the support of families, coaches and the wider community in enabling this achievement; acknowledges the importance of promoting opportunities for young people to excel in performing arts on an international stage, and wishes the dancers every success as they showcase Scotland’s creativity and energy at this prestigious competition.
