Richmond’s Hope Provides Bereavement Support for Young People
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Richmond’s Hope, which serves communities in Glasgow, on receiving £190,731 from Fairer Life Chances; notes that the funding will provide bereavement support for children and young people aged four to 18; acknowledges Fairer Life Chances for backing specialist emotional support; recognises the critical need for bereavement services for young people; understands that tailored counselling and programmes help recovery and resilience within Glasgow families, and commends Richmond’s Hope.
