Hopscotch Theatre Company Awarded Funding for Touring Accessible Pantomime
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Hopscotch Theatre Company, in Glasgow, on receiving £9,417 from National Lottery Awards for All Scotland; understands that the grant will fund a 15-week touring, accessible community pantomime across venues; acknowledges the National Lottery for supporting inclusive arts and performance; recognises what it sees as the value of accessible theatre in fostering community participation; understands that this project will bring arts engagement to diverse audiences across Glasgow, and congratulates Hopscotch.
