Mount Vernon Community Hall SCIO Warded Funding for Youth and Environmental Education

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Mount Vernon Community Hall SCIO, in Glasgow, on receiving £19,780 from National Lottery Awards for All Scotland; understands that the funding will continue a youth club and expand environmental education and play for children aged five to 12 years; acknowledges the National Lottery for supporting youth provision; recognises the benefits of outdoor learning and community play for young Glaswegians; believes that such projects foster environmental awareness and social development, and congratulates Mount Vernon Community Hall SCIO.
