Henry Dancer Days, Supporting Children with Cancer
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Henry Dancer Days, in Glasgow, on receiving £9,430 from National Lottery Awards for All Scotland; understands that the funding will deliver storytelling and activity sessions for children and young people living with cancer and their families; acknowledges the National Lottery for supporting therapeutic creative programmes; recognises the role of play and storytelling in coping and recovery; understands that this assists children and siblings in Glasgow facing serious illness, and congratulates the charity.
