Boclair House Hotel Named Glasgow Wedding Venue of the Year 2025

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Boclair House Hotel in Bearsden, on being named Glasgow Venue of the Year 2025 at what it sees as the prestigious Your Scottish Wedding Awards for the second year running; understands that the annual awards recognise and reward brilliance in the field of customer service and experience, celebrating the finest in the wedding profession; expresses gratitude to the members of the dedicated team at Boclair for their continuing outstanding service; notes that Boclair House Hotel is part of the Manorview Hotels, which is an independent Scottish hospitality group and was named Hospitality Health Employer of the Year at the Scottish Bar and Pub Awards in 2024 in recognition of its efforts in team development, wellbeing and charity, and expresses appreciation and thanks to staff across the hospitality sector in Scotland whose hard work and efforts, it believes, have such a positive impact on society.
