McMonagles Fish and Chip Boat Wins at the Scottish Fish and Chips Awards

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates McMonagles Fish and Chip Boat in Clydebank on winning the Best Fish Tea category at the third annual Scottish Fish and Chips Awards; understands that these awards celebrate the hard-working individuals and teams who work in Scotland’s chippies; notes that, alongside its award, McMonagles was highly recommended under the Best Family Business, Dazza Does It Fry? and Best Menu categories; believes that the award win is well deserved for this beloved Clydebank landmark, and wishes the staff all the best as they continue to provide what it sees as a world class chippy.
