Congratulations to Forres Osprey Bus SCIO on National Lottery Funding

That the Parliament congratulates Forres Osprey Bus SCIO on being awarded £19,400 from the National Lottery Awards for All Scotland programme; notes that this funding will contribute to its community transport initiative, which provides vital support to people in the Forres Academy catchment area who experience disadvantage through age, disability, ill-health, financial hardship or other challenges; recognises that Forres Osprey Bus currently operates two buses that can be booked by local groups to enable participation in community activities; commends the volunteers and organisers for their dedication to improving social inclusion and wellbeing in Forres and surrounding communities, and wishes the project continued success in delivering accessible transport for those who need it most.
