Lottery Funding for Stevenston's Community Led Action and Support Project
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Stevenston’s Community Led Action and Support Project (CLASP) on being awarded £322,829 to help continue and expand delivery of the Helping Older People Evolve (HOPE) project, a wraparound service for people aged over 50 in North Ayrshire; appreciates CLASP's hard work and commitment to help people aged 50 and over to remain independent within their own homes for longer by helping them to enjoy life in the company of others through the provision of numerous services, including social activities, outings, interests, health and fitness classes and digital support and learning, as well as information and advice; congratulates everyone at CLASP, and wishes them every success in the future.
