BRAG Enterprises Named Scottish Social Enterprise of the Year 2025
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Crosshill-based organisation, BRAG Enterprises, on being named Scottish Social Enterprise of the Year 2025 at the recent Social Enterprise Awards Scotland; further congratulates it on being recognised as Highly Commended at the UK Social Enterprise Awards, which were held on 26 November in London; recognises the sponsorship of both of these awards by Keegan and Pennykid; notes that BRAG Enterprises started out with an aim to improve the life chances of people in the Benarty area of Central Fife and that, 35 years on, the social enterprise now works across a much wider region, helping disadvantaged communities achieve a more prosperous future; considers these awards to be a recognition of the work put in over those 35 years by staff, volunteers and the wider community, and wishes BRAG Enterprises continued growth and success in the future.
