Health and Wellbeing Champions Recognised in Glasgow
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the volunteers of the Maryhill Hub of Home Start North on receiving the 2025 Health and Wellbeing Champion Award at the Glasgow Community Champion Awards; notes their dedication to supporting families, early-years services and community wellbeing in Maryhill; recognises the importance of volunteer-led support networks in ensuring that families receive help, guidance and care, and acknowledges what it sees as the essential contribution that such volunteers make to the health, resilience and social fabric of Glasgow’s communities.
