Stuart Gillespie Wins Seal of Excellence in NHBC Pride in the Job Awards

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Stuart Gillespie, a site manager from Wishaw, on being awarded the Seal of Excellence in the 2025 Pride in the Job Quality Awards from the National House-Building Council (NHBC); recognises that Stuart received this prestigious accolade for his outstanding work at the Oakwood View development in Hamilton; notes that the Pride in the Job Awards, which are now in their 45th year, are widely regarded as the "Oscars of the house-building industry", celebrating site managers who demonstrate exceptional dedication, professionalism and leadership in raising standards in new home construction; commends Stuart’s commitment to excellence and his contribution to showcasing best practice in the sector, and wishes him continued success in his career and in promoting high-quality housing across Scotland.
