Celebrating 20 Years of Openreach

That the Parliament notes the 20th anniversary of Openreach, which was established in 2006; recognises the organisation’s contribution to the development and expansion of broadband infrastructure across Scotland over the last two decades; acknowledges the role that improved digital connectivity has played in supporting communities, businesses, public services and economic growth in urban, rural and island areas alike; expresses gratitude to Openreach’s workforce for their ongoing efforts to enhance Scotland’s digital networks, and wishes the organisation continued success as it works to bring people, communities and opportunities closer together in the years ahead.
