Motherwell Football Club Community Trust Receives £16,572 Grant from the National Lottery Community Fund

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the Motherwell Football Club Community Trust on receiving a £16,572 grant from the National Lottery Community Fund; acknowledges that the community is important to Motherwell Football Club, and that football can be a powerful tool for engagement for people of all ages; further acknowledges that the funding will go towards running a regular programme of community activities for people aged 60 and over; commends the Motherwell Football Club Community Trust on its continued commitment to supporting the community and encouraging people of all ages to come together, and welcomes the support from the National Lottery Community Fund, which allows organisations to continue supporting people in their communities.
