Horizons Recovery Café SCIO
The motion
That the Scottish Parliament congratulates Horizons Recovery Café SCIO on receiving a £20,000 grant from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that the group will use the funding to continue its initiative supporting people recovering from problematic dependent substance use and to provide access one day a week to a Citizens Advice Service at the groups café in Dalkeith, and commends and thanks Horizons Recovery Café SCIO for its work and dedication to supporting those in need.
