AberNecessities Benefits from National Lottery Community Fund

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates AberNecessities on its successful funding award from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that AberNecessities provides household necessities to disadvantaged families; commemorates the fact that, since its founding in 2019, AberNecessities has supported over 18,000 children in Aberdeen, delivering hundreds of thousands of items to families; acknowledges that the £20,000 grant will be used by the charity to support its operations team to deliver essentials to Aberdonians in need, and welcomes the continued support of the National Lottery in Aberdeen.
