Congratulating Aberdeen Riding Club on Securing National Lottery Funding
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Aberdeen Riding Club on securing a £8,500 grant from the National Lottery Community Fund; recognises that the funding will support the delivery of equestrian activity programmes for 16 young people aged 12 to 16 who are experiencing social challenges; acknowledges the positive role that sport and structured activity can play in building confidence, resilience and wellbeing, and wishes the organisation continued success in supporting young people across the Aberdeen South and North Kincardine constituency.
