Abbie's Sparkle Foundation Reaches the £1 Million Fundraising Mark

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the Elgin-based Abbie’s Sparkle Foundation on reachingthe £1 million fundraising mark; celebrates the work of the charity in bringinghappiness to nearly 3,000 children undergoing cancer treatment through gifts,grants and experiences, brightening the lives of the young people and theirfamilies, and pays tribute to Abbie Main, the founder of the charity and itsnamesake, who died on 25 December 2017 aged 15 after having cancer for fouryears and who wished to raise money “for hospitals and stuff”.
