Commending Frank To of Glasgow

That the Parliament celebrates Glasgow-based Frank To, of Dennistoun, an award-winning artist, who was one of only four Scottish artists selected to showcase at the prestigious Royal Cambrian Academy’s 2026 Annual Exhibition in Conwy, Wales; understands that Mr To has already gained international recognition for his gunpowder artwork, earning praise for his unique style and powerful pieces; celebrates that his recent exhibitions in London, at the Stafford Gallery in Wimbledon and the Mall Galleries, were sold out; recognises his immense contribution to art, and wishes him well for continued success in his career.
