Byron Bakery Brings Home Gold at Scottish Bakery of the Year Awards

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Byron Bakery on receiving Gold awards in the Scottish Bakery of the Year Awards 2026; notes that more than 500 products were entered by over 60 bakeries from across Scotland, with Byron Bakery receiving two Gold awards in the sweet treat category for its Rolo Cake and Caramilk, as well as receiving two Silver and Bronze awards, spread over the sweet treat, doughnut and biscuit categories; recognises the hard work of the team at Byron Bakery to receive these awards, and wishes them all the best on their continued success.
