HERMITAGE SITE

That this House congratulates the people of the East End on their historic victory in establishing a memorial garden on the Hermitage site in Wapping to the memory of the civilian war dead; and pays tribute to the East End Advertiser, the campaign organisers and all those who have contributed to this momentous event.
