That this House congratulates Cardiff City Football Club on its promotion to the Premier League; acknowledges the key role played by the manager Neil Warnock, staff, players, owner, Cardiff City Supporters' Trust, Cardiff City Foundation and by the enthusiasm and loyalty of Cardiff City fans worldwide; and looks forward to the return of Premiership football to the Cardiff City Stadium and the continuation of the wonderful contribution the club makes to the city of Cardiff community.
