Education (Northern Ireland) Order 2006
It was moved by the Lord Rogan, as an amendment to the motion that the Order be approved, to leave out all the words after “That” and insert “this House declines to approve the Education (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 until the people of Northern Ireland have been given the opportunity to approve the proposals contained therein in a manner analogous to the procedures followed in regard to similar proposed changes in England.”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:

The party breakdowns are our own analysis of the official voting records (recorded votes only; they do not describe the formal whip). How we work this out.
Peers attend divisions ad hoc, so there is no did-not-vote list. Tellers are counted in the Content and Not Content totals, unlike in the Commons.
Tellers: Lord Steinberg (Content), Lord Maginnis of Drumglass (Content), Lord Davies of Oldham (Not Content), Lord Grocott (Not Content).
