Government of Wales Bill
It was moved by the Livsey of Talgarth, in Clause 152, page 83, line 31, to leave out subsections (2) to (6) and insert: “(2) The Secretary of State shall make representations to the Assembly as to how the relevant function has the effect described in subsection (1). (3) In considering whether or not to continue exercising that function, the Assembly shall have regard to— (a) the representations made by the Secretary of State under subsection (2); and (b) any adverse impact that would be had on Welsh water by the discontinuation of the relevant function.”;which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:

The party breakdowns are our own analysis of the official voting records (recorded votes only; they do not describe the formal whip). How we work this out.
Peers attend divisions ad hoc, so there is no did-not-vote list. Tellers are counted in the Content and Not Content totals, unlike in the Commons.
Tellers: Baroness Harris of Richmond (Content), Lord Roberts of Llandudno (Content), Lord Davies of Oldham (Not Content), Lord Grocott (Not Content).
