It was moved by the Lord Thomas of Gresford, in Clause 42, page 18, line 40, at end to insert: “( ) No civilian subject to service discipline under the age of 18 years may be prosecuted before the Court Martial for an offence under this section.”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
