Lord Hunt of Kings Heath moved amendment 6, in Schedule 1, page 19, line 36, at end to insert: “4 The explanatory document required under section 11(2) in respect of the regional development agencies must include: (a) the wording of the question that was asked about the principle of abolishing regional development agencies; (b) a summary of representations received in respect of the principle of abolishing regional development agencies.” The House divided:
