Lord Rogan moved amendment 63B, in clause 28, page 16, line 17, at end to insert: “( ) The Secretary of State shall ensure that the current designated universal service provider secures an inter-business agreement with Post Office Limited for a period of not less than 10 years from the date at which the provisions of this Part come generally into force.” The House divided:
