Banking (Special Provisions) Bill

Lord Oakeshott of Seagrove Bay moved amendment 4, in clause 6, page 5, line 46, at end to insert: "( ) An order under this section shall also make provision for a deposit-taker to be subject to independent audit to be completed within 3 months of the date of the order and no less frequently than annually thereafter by the Bank of England."
