Lord Kirkwood of Kirkhope moved amendment 11, in Schedule 1, page 19, line 27, at end to insert: “Reports on malnutrition The Commission must, for each calendar year, produce a report which includes— (a) the number of malnourished children in the United Kingdom; and (b) an assessment of how the level of child poverty has influenced the number of malnourished children.” The House divided:
