Countryside and Rights of Way Bill
It was moved by the Lord Whitty in Clause 13, page 8, line 14, to leave out from first (“of”) to end of line 15 and insert—(“(a) a risk resulting from the existence of any natural feature of the landscape, or any river, stream, ditch or pond whether or not a natural feature, or (b) a risk of that person suffering injury when passing over or through any wall, fence or gate, except by proper use of the gate or of a stile.”); which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:

The party breakdowns are our own analysis of the official voting records (recorded votes only; they do not describe the formal whip). How we work this out.
Peers attend divisions ad hoc, so there is no did-not-vote list. Tellers are counted in the Content and Not Content totals, unlike in the Commons.
Tellers: Lord Carter (Content), The Lord McIntosh of Haringey (Content), Lord Burnham (Not Content), Lord Henley (Not Content).
