Health and Social Care Bill

Lord Hunt of Kings Heath moved amendment 100A, in clause 20, page 16, line 30, at end to insert: “( ) If, within 60 parliamentary days of the mandate having been laid: (a) either House of Parliament makes a recommendation with regard to the proposal, or (b) a committee of either House of Parliament makes recommendations with regard to the proposal, the Secretary of State must lay before Parliament a statement setting out the Secretary of State’s response to the resolution or recommendations.” The Committee divided:
