Lord Patel of Bradford moved amendment 128A, in clause 71, page 59, to leave out lines 35 to 42 and insert: “(5) In this section, “after-care services” means services that reduce the risk of a deterioration of the person’s mental condition (and, accordingly, to reduce the risk of the person requiring admission to a hospital again for treatment for mental disorder).” The House divided:
